2 Years and Counting!!!

Augest 17, 2007

Yesterday was our second anniversary. Jordan took the day off and after finishing some work at home we had a BBQ with some friends. It was a really nice day and we both really enjoyed it. The only thing missing was that this was the first summer we weren't able to make it to Portland since we got married, it makes us sad but it also motivates us to work harder so we can afford to go next year.

Playing catch up

My niece Brynn was baptized on the first. Here is a family picture she is the one in the blue shirt.

I have also posted several blogs to catch up on July, so scroll down and read till you reach June.

I few random events from July

Jordan had to shave his beard, which is really sad. But here are some before and after pictures.

Before

After

And the dogs turned 6 months old on the 25th. Here is a cute picture of the dogs.

Pioneer Day

We found a Pioneer Day party at North Park. Provo has so many parks it gets a little confusing, but it was really fun to find this one.

There were some artifact recovery items on display that a scuba diving team from Utah found. Here are some of the things that survived in the ship found in the ocean by the Dominican Republic.

Here is the cannon they found, that was really cool.

Here is a tipi that had some local member's of Native American tribes there to display items and give oral histories. We missed this part because they did it earlier in the day, but the tipi was still there.

There were posters on a lot of the trees but this one was by far my favorite.

There were a lot of classic cars on display, here were some that I really liked.

Then we went to my sister Liz's house and had a fun party, but we didn't have any pictures.

July Update

4th of July

The best part of the parade was Aaron in his skirt (Kilt)

Anna, Mike and Lillie came to visit and Lillie loves the puppies. They warmed up to her after we gave her treats to feed the dogs.

On my Mom's birthday July 11th we went down to Payson to see Emily's swim meet and Aaron at the Scottish festival, but I can't find those pictures so you just have to imagine Emily doing an amazing job and being one of the fastest swimmers there and all the interesting people you would find a an event like the Scottish fest.
